Fill out our Sample Request form with every order and include it with your shipment.
Our COC form is utilized for opening new accounts.

Mail or Deliver Your Samples
Follow the steps below to ensure that your samples reach our lab safely.
Verify that your samples have been properly prepared and that the SR/COC form has been completed.
Include sample documentation
Include any documents that can help identify your samples as hemp or hemp-derived, such as state licenses or previous certificates of analysis. Please make a list of every sample so that the product may be properly documented as lawful if your package is inspected.

TURNAROUND TIME
The standard turnaround time for potency testing is 1-2 business days and 3-5 business days for full panel testing. We can provide fast turnaround times (please contact us for more information). Any packages received after 12 noon will be returned to the sender, and an additional day of processing will be added to the turnaround time.
